GORA GALA develops clothing, objects and spatial works where fashion becomes a way of thinking, communicating and working with material.
The practice moves between fashion design, contemporary art, textile experimentation, trend forecasting and transformation of existing materials. Garments can carry stories, cultural memory and questions about the world around us. Some works remain clothing. Others move into installation, social projects or experimental forms.
Founded in 2018 by Gala Vasenina, GORA GALA is built around the belief that fashion can do more than create an image. It can make an idea visible.

Research, Methods & Material Transformation
GORA GALA develops fashion through research, observation and transformation. The practice works with trend forecasting, cultural analysis, rhetorical transformation, fashion construction and material experimentation.
Research is not separate from making. Ideas are tested through form, silhouette, textile, construction and transformation, allowing conceptual research to become a physical work.
Gala Vasenina
Gala Vasenina is a fashion designer, artist, digital designer, and innovator. Holding a Master's degree in Fashion Trend Forecasting, her practice synthesizes rigorous garment construction with contemporary art and social interventions.
