2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). When you visit the website, Cloudflare automatically processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system, referrer URL) in order to deliver the website and protect it against attacks.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable provision of the website). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Cloudflare. Cloudflare may also process data in the USA; transfers are based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or, where certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 3. Videos

Videos are delivered via the storage service Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare, Inc., see above) at media.goragala.com. A video is only loaded when you play it; the same technical data as described in section 2 is processed. No third-party video platforms (e.g. YouTube) are embedded.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, or advertising services. Fonts are not loaded from external servers.

5. Contact by email

If you contact the studio by email, your details (email address, name, message content) are stored in order to process your inquiry and for follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention periods apply. The email address is operated by Google (Gmail).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI).
